  • Did you know the average cost for a personal training session is between $55-65/hr? If you work with a trainer just 1x/wk it’s $220-260/ month! Unfortunatly, a single session is not going to cut it and a workout plan is not even included.

    That’s the amazing part about telefitness. You get both! Plus: Be anywhere, workout at times most suited for you, and prioritize form coaching during sessions!

  • I do not. This is because it takes at least 6 weeks to see progress when making a habit change. 3 months is the shortest plan you can purchase because it gets you through the “honeymoon” phase of starting a new habit. This length will increase your chance of continuing your habit change!

  • You can meet with me either 1x/week, 2x/month, 1x/month, or 1x/quarter if going through a coaching plan above. If going through ala carte, you can meet with Kylie however many times you pay for it!

  • Short Answer: No. Meal plans should only be made by a registered dietician and are outside the scope of practice for any other profession. My nutrition coaching is centered around re-learning your biological signals, making peace with your body, and ultimately having complete food freedom after the program.   • No. The great part about custom programming is the versatility. Online coaches are an awesome option for those who are uncomfortable going to the gym. PLUS, Kylie can develop a program using what you have available at home!

  • The LOVE thy Self program is a perfect option for someone who does not want to or feel comfortable going to a gym. The amazing bonus of starting from scratch with exercise + working with a coach is learning good form and habits from the beginning! Plus with this program, you begin with a workout schedule and exercise choices you feel comfortable completing. LOVE thy Self is the perfect way to get started in your physical activity and nutrition journey!

  • The LOVE THY SELF program is the perfect place for you to get started! With the custom exercise programming and 1:1 coaching, you will have specific workouts made to your capabilities and equipment availability. Plus, the program will be progressed at a pace that is safe and productive for you!

  • The LOVE THY SELF program can span from 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months depending on the level you want to commit to the program! Most members choose 6 months for their 1st plan and move to 12 months in their 2nd.

  • In your orientation call, Kylie will take you through a series of functional movements. These tests are designed to evaluate areas of tightness, imbalance, and discomfort. Questionnaires are also utilized to learn a new member’s past experience, and health conditions to ensure the program is safe and specific to you!

  • YES! It can be as simple as giving them my website and your invoice! You will pay upfront with me and your program will reimburse the amount they believe is adequate. Not all programs reimburse the same amount and I highly recommend looking into your HSA or wellness reimbursement programs before working with me to see!
