Forget intimidating locker rooms and endless rows of machines. My name is Kylie, and my fitness philosophy is simple: you belong wherever you feel strong and confident. As a former collegiate athlete and now, a 7-year veteran fitness specialist with a B.S. in Kinesiology, I know the gym isn't for everyone. But that doesn't mean you can't have fitness goals and unlock a happier you.

My mission is to make movement joyful, accessible, and sustainable, right where you are. Whether it's your living room, your local park, or even your backyard, I'll create a personalized plan that fits your body, your lifestyle, and your comfort zone.

  • Corrective exercise, not cookie-cutter routines: I won't push you through generic workouts that could aggravate old injuries or imbalances. Instead, I'll assess your movement patterns and design programs that address your specific needs, helping you move pain-free and build sustainable strength.

  • Dynamic coaching, not drill sergeant style: Forget the "no pain, no gain" mentality. I'm your cheerleader, your motivator, and your guide, constantly adapting your program to keep you excited and engaged, not drained and disillusioned.

  • When you come into a fitness and wellness company, the expectation is judgement and strict regimen. Kylates Fitness takes a more gentle approach, which celebrates and accepts the body we have right now. We value how our body adapts and changes to our experiences. The only change which happens here is a calmer mind, and improved relationship with body, movement, and food.

  • Physical activity has been found to improve anxiety and depression symptoms, but physical activity is not the only piece to the mental health puzzle. No matter how much physical activity you do, if your mental health isn’t worked on outside the gym, the work in the gym could only be a band aid. That is why we work to help members to find mental health avenues which work for them.

  • Movement/ physical activity/ exercise is more than a way to burn calories and lose weight. In fact, that isn’t even how it is supposed to be used. Kylates Fitness values teaching our members how to move safely, efficiently, and comfortably for everyday activities. Our coaching revolves around your current life, future goals, and past experience instead of using strict expectations which are not helpful or sustainable. No matter your current situation, Kylates Fitness will find a way to help you improve your health and wellness.

    Food Freedom means letting go of restriction, guilt, and unrealistic expectations from food. Kylates Fitness works to heal your relationship with food, remove arbitrary labels, and ultimately heal your relationship with yourself. Plus, food freedom leads to consistency which improves biometrics (Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, triglycerides), mental health, and variation in food consumption! All which improve quality of life.

  • When senses are not trusted they become underdeveloped and dormant. Not only do our senses help with general body functions, they enhance our experience with our environment! You may be familiar with the five senses: touch, smell, sight, sound, and taste, but did you know there are a couple more which affect you just as much or maybe even more?   • We hear about motivation constantly in the wellness field. Unfortunately, most of us feel like we have none. We depend on people like Coach Kylie to keep our external motivation going. At first, that will be the situation when you start working with Kylates Fitness. However, I strive to help you find a strong “why” and develop realistic habits. The combination helps to set you up for the internal motivation you desire.

  • Kylates Fitness values inclusion and strives to reduce stigma. The goal is to create a safe space for everyone whether you are in a bigger body, movement impaired, in an older body, have a medical condition, or experience systemic inequality. Remote training and workouts from Kylates Fitness can meet your needs. If they don’t, I will personally help you find an organization or location which can meet your needs. Everyone deserves support no matter your situation.
