Hi, I’m Kylie! With a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science and 10 years as a fitness specialist, it’s impossible to avoid biomechanics! A focus on biomechanics allows for more accurate assessments, safer programs, and impactful results.

Beyond sight and sound lie your senses of balance (Vestibular), body position (Proprioception), and internal signals (Interoception). When we don't use them, they weaken. Learn to awaken these powerful senses and enhance your connection to your body and your environment.

  • Let's be honest: most of us struggle with motivation. I'll be your accountability and support system at the start. But our real work is to build a foundation of realistic habits and a strong "why," so your motivation eventually comes from within you, not from me.

  • Kylates Fitness is a safe, inclusive space for everyone. We welcome all body sizes, ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Our remote training is designed to be adaptable, but our commitment doesn't end there. If we aren't the right fit for your needs, I will personally help you find a resource or provider who is.
